Our head office is situated at 5 Newclare Road, Industria and comprises approximately 6 000 sqm of workshop under nine overhead cranes with additional new 9000 sqm workshop, under 13 overhead cranes. In addition we have purchased 13,500sqm vacant land for future expansion.

We endeavour to be as self sufficient as possible and our in house ability extends to both high quality structural steelwork as well as high specification architectural steelwork.

We own a fleet of trucks and mobile cranes allowing us an un-interrupted, efficient and reliable service.

All erection is carried out by in-house erectors who have extensive experience of overcoming intricate or unusual erection problems.

Our facilities enable us to produce between 350 and 600 tones per month (currently) expanding to 1000 to 1500 tones per month.

As an additional service to our clients we are able to offer a design and supply service where required.

With our second workshop based in Lea Glen we are able to accommodate the increasing demand in the construction industry.

With a floor of 10000sq/m and the introduction of three C.N.C machines, Omni 2 now has the capacity to produce up to 500T per month.

The entire factory is connected to a 450KVA back-up generator to ensure continuity in production in the likely event of power shedding.

A fully automated Voortman C.N.C Beam Line with an inline band saw and marking unit has an average production capacity of 20T per shift. The drilling system comprises an automated five tool quick changing system with a maximum drilling diameter of 40mm. If need be, holes can be drilled and tapped to a maximum of M24. An in-feed table, which can accommodate up to 22m long beams, minimizes handling time. With a maximum height of 450mm and a maximum width of 750mm, we can now drill and cut to size plate girders.

To complement the beam line we have installed a Voortman C.N.C Horizontal Punching Machine complete with an inline sheer and marking unit. All flats and angles are punched, cut to size and marked. This Punching Machine has a capacity of approximately 10T per shift.

The recently acquired Kaltenbach C.N.C Plasma Plate cutting machine is in the process of being commissioned. This all-in-one process of plasma or oxy-acetylene cutting, automatic tool changer drilling system and scribing unit further increases productivity and at the same time reduces through put time throughout the workshop.
